There’s something about ranching that teaches you to depend on God…
• When you’re tired but still get up, check those cows, and get to work, God reminds you that hard work is never wasted.
(Proverbs 14:23)
• When you spend hours doing a job nobody will ever see, God reminds you that He sees every bit of it.
(Matthew 6:4)
• When the results aren’t showing yet, God reminds you not to give up.
(Galatians 6:9)
Ranching isn’t always nice calves, good prices, and beautiful sunsets.
Sometimes it’s early mornings, long days, empty pockets, broken fences, and doing the same hard things tomorrow that you did today.
But maybe that’s where God is teaching us something:
Work hard. Stay faithful. Keep going.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
(Colossians 3:23)
So if you’re tired this morning, remember: God sees the work nobody else sees.
Keep showing up. Keep working. Keep praying.
The cattle may be what you’re raising, but the faith, patience, and character God is building in you may be the greater work.🖤
