We did it! We took our Hands On practical test for Sporting dogs and Harrison did amazing!! Harrison is such a good boy and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner on this journey 🥹 I’m not sure what our score is yet but it has been an amazing journey and I’m so proud of him and myself! Thank you Sarah Moon Grooms for the lessons and Austin McAfee for letting me use Harrison, he is the sweetest. Thank you Blake Hernandez for being my certifier 😍😍and thank you to my team for cheering me on! 🥹❤️😘 NCMG here we come! (Ignore my faces lol)

DID YOU KNOW….
Groomers don’t have to be licensed/registered/certified to be groomers in the state of Texas? You could open up your own grooming salon tomorrow and start taking clients. I am proud to say I am a certified groomer and certified through different associations and schools in many other things including behavior and skin care and my next accomplishment I am working on is becoming a Nationally Certified Master Groomer through the National Dog Association of America and the AKC specializing in breed standard grooms. You take multiple written and hands on practicals to prove you know breed standard and I have one more practical test to complete. I am using this beautiful boy Harrison for my test in September. I thought you guys would enjoy seeing his progress so far. He is so handsome and I’m loving this process so much! I will update more as we get closer to the test 🙌🏻
