Rambo and Spot caught a skunk Rascal unfortunatly walked through the mist.. Rambo took the initial blast (he stinks worse). Spot proudly brought it to me. I made him drop it before he got on the front porch. So there is currently a dead skunk waiting at the bottom of the stairs to be cleaned up in the morning. They reek. The house now reeks. Pretty sure all the hairs inside my nose melted. Bathing 3 102-130 pound dogs was NOT on our to-do list for our 27th anniversary tomorrow.

Wh***ey is still searching for his furever home. We are currently fostering him in Texas. Please fill out an application to adopt this sweet boy. He doesn't like cats or little dogs. Great with everyone else.

Testing has begun of the new uber rail feed delivery program. Spencer, George, Bieko, and Hank all agree that it will definitely make snack time way more convenient. Bieko, the most senior resident of the Homestead barn said with the rail stop being so close to his still, he may offer to help unload. Tabitha, the President of the Fluffy Bum Ladies Auxilliary said she is excited for the convenience the service will bring, she just hopes her girls don't grow lazy.

We finally got the master bath before and after photos assembled for side by side comparison. It took us a year of weekends, Some weekends we couldn't work at all because other things took precedent., sick animals, knee surgery, pure exhaustion, delayed parts,etc. We will be adding more plants to the stone wall as we find ones that will work. Plant donations accepted 😁 The last photo is our inspiration board.

Wh***ey got neutered today. He is now 96.8 pounds. He was 94 on intake. He still needs to gain at least 25 more. I had forgotten how much a cone to the back of the legs HURTS. He is doing fine.
