Dear Valued Clients,

We are reaching out to let you know that, sadly, our owner has recently lost her husband. During this difficult time, we kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and compassion as she takes the necessary time to grieve and process this loss.

We will remain open next week; however, there may be some changes or delays regarding appointments, scheduling, and communication. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we navigate this difficult period.

At this time, we also ask that you please be considerate during drop-offs and limit questions regarding the situation. We understand that you may have questions, but allowing her the space and privacy she needs right now is greatly appreciated.

For the time being, we will not be accepting or scheduling new clients until further notice. We are currently focused on accommodating our existing clients and managing our upcoming schedule.

Dear Valued Clients,
🚨IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🚨

We would like to remind everyone that we strongly recommend booking your dog’s grooming appointments in advance to ensure you receive your preferred date and time.

For dogs receiving haircuts, we are currently booking appointments approximately 6–8 weeks in advance. The recommended grooming schedule may vary depending on your dog’s coat type, breed, and grooming needs.

Saturday Appointments:
Clients requesting Saturday appointments must maintain a regular grooming schedule in order to secure a Saturday spot.

Please note that if you choose not to book your appointments in advance, we cannot guarantee availability when you are ready to schedule.

Appointment Confirmations & Cancellation Policy

Confirming your appointment is essential and lets us know that you will be attending your scheduled appointment.

We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our appointment times are reserved specifically for each client and their pet, and advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
