Beautiful Blue Roan Filly For Sale! 💙
This gorgeous 3-year-old blue roan filly has been getting out and seeing the world all summer! She has been ridden across water and mountains, taken on overnight trips and long-distance rides, and has even had kids riding her all over the place.
She has the potential to make an awesome kid horse once finished or take her in any direction you want.
She is an absolute sweetheart with a wonderful personality and, of course, comes in one of the most beautiful colors you could ask for!
She loads, stands tied, and has always been good for the farrier, although she did have one off day the last time. Who knows what may have been bothering her that day, but it was out of character for her. She is the first on the gate and follows you wherever you go.
She is registered with the AQHA and 6-panel negative tested. At just 3 years old, she is on the smaller side but potential to grow taller in the next few years .
She has a great start, lots of real-world experience for her age, and plenty of potential to continue becoming a fantastic horse for whatever you want to achieve.

🔥 AQHA Red Roan Mare – Ready for the Trail! 🔥
“DXB Go Megena Go” – AQHA #5690388📅 Born: May 2, 2015📍 Located near Cromwell, Minnesota (delivery available)
Big, stout, and absolutely gorgeous red roan mare that’s been there and done that on the trail. She’s been ridden extensively over the past 5 months, including long-distance rides, extended trail outings, and overnight camping trips. This mare was born and raised on my place and has been exposed to all kinds of environments.
✔️ Stands tied✔️ Loads easily✔️ Smooth ride✔️ Used to dogs, cats, cattle, ducks & chickens✔️ 16 hands tall
She’s primarily been ridden outside (no arena work), making her a solid, experienced trail partner. She can be a bit tricky with her feet at times but generally works through it quickly.
⚠️ Not a beginner horse – she can get a little nervous in windy conditions and may show some sass. However, when given a job, she channels that energy into a willing, eager attitude. Best suited for an intermediate to advanced rider.
This mare is ready to go wherever you want to take her—trails, camping trips, and beyond.

Very well explained. It’s life changing for the goal.

“I won’t buy a weanling for that.”

This is my side job…I teach FULL time! I show, I keep calves, need tack, ropes, etc. and keep my sanity because I LOVE IT! Yep - even 3 months of 40 minute constant checks all night long.

Feeding the mare/sire for a year = $3000+

Stallions = pain the ass,

outside mares = pain the ass

Pasturing: 🙏🏻 nothing gets kicked, 🙏🏻 they keep mares/colts safe, pray for no mountain lions, eye pokes, broken legs, spider/snake bites

Cost to own pasture & pay state taxes

Won’t even go into what the foaling barn cost…cost of square bales, cost of cameras

Outcross stallion fees = $1000+

Mare AI fees $700+

Travel to AI = $400

Veterinary care:

Vaccines =$200

Deworming =$50+

Farrier=$100+

Teeth=$275+

Shavings=$100

DNA tests & color $40+

Zygosity tests 40+

So just to get the foal on the ground, WITHOUT factoring in a single stallion fee, we are at $5900 on the LOW end with no extra vet expenses.

If you purchase a stud fee and pay collection and shipping it’s even MORE.

Now add in any emergency vet care for when the foal is born or throughout the year, IgG testing, registration papers (the cost of this has gone up to nearly $200 a foal without any color testing), vaccines for the foal, dewormer, and grain. ($500+)

Not to mention all the time put in training and handling the foal so it’s a civilized member of society. That it has the basic knowledge of life so the new owner is not getting something feral and terrified of people. So you are not purchasing a lawn ornament!

If you want something cheap, my foals are probably not the place for you.

There are plenty of breeders that probably don’t vaccinate, deworm, or handle their babies and will sell their foals cheaper.. thats not me nor will it ever be. Broodmares and stallions should get the same level of care as any horse used for riding or competition.

I’ve devoted so much sweat and tears into my program to raise the best AQHA foals I can that are amateur friendly of pro quality and can go in many different directions. I’ve found mares that cross well with my stallions to produce foals that are easy to work with and be around so that people actually enjoy owning them.

I won’t sell them cheap. Don’t insult me with your lowball offer.

I have no problem selling out of foals every year and getting what they’re worth, and making sure they get in the very best of homes.

If there comes a time where I can’t give them everything they require and care starts lacking, then I would stop breeding all together. They deserve great care.

Borrowed from another breeder and altered to fit our program.

Sold and going to North Dakota - DXB MYSTERY

AQHA #6344926 , born April 24,2024

sired by DXB HIGH ROLLING SUN

and out of "DXB Miss Valentine"

We are very sad that we lost her dam last winter. This is her last foal.

Take a look at her pedigree

This gorgeous bay roan yearling filly is fun and curious! She is not only beautiful but of course well bred and athletic. She has a great disposition, leads, picks up her feet and I have worked with her on lead movements and desensitizing. She should reach 15 hands and is very friendly, always the first to come greet me in the mornings and is easy to handle. She will be able to go in about any direction and should make a great ranch horse, pleasure horse, trail horse or just a family horse!

Shes the kind that walks right up to you in the pasture, loves to work and is a fast learner. If youre looking for a gorgeous young filly with brains, bloodlines, and a sweet temperament, shes the one.

She is located west of Duluth, MN but transportation can be arranged.

Serious inquiries only, please. The photos are current as well as the video.
