In addition to having a veterinarian and support personnel on duty six days a week, we’re also available as needed for emergency calls. We welcome walk-in appointments and extend a comprehensive range of services for your pet.

During this time, we may need to limit the number of clients we see to allow our staff adequate time to learn and adjust to the new PIMS system. SATURDAY VETERINARY SERVICES POLICY:
I would like to reiterate to our clients that Saturdays are reserved exclusively for vaccine appointments and wellness checks.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and that your pet may occasionally need veterinary care immediately. In those circumstances, emergency veterinary clinics are available to provide the urgent care needed.
Our DVMs have agreed to work Saturdays under the specific condition that appointments remain limited to vaccines and wellness services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us honor this arrangement.
We also ask that clients remain respectful and courteous toward our staff when this policy is communicated or reinforced. Our team is simply following the guidelines established by our veterinarians, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
