Early mornings don’t scare us! BCR layered up and rode off at sunrise for a brisk hunt around the picturesque Cranes Estate this weekend. From first-timers to seasoned hunters, this special and exclusive fixture is always a favorite amongst our crew.

We’re so grateful to The Trustees and Myopia Hunt Club for this exceptional opportunity 🫶🌊🏰

The votes are in… and Lindsay’s submission absolutely ran away with it, winning with 30 votes! 🎉🐴

Thank you to everyone who participated, submitted photos, and voted… this was fun. Lindsay’s winning photo will officially become the new BCR profile picture!

And now that we’ve opened this can of worms… I may need to start accepting submissions for a new Facebook cover photo next. 😏

📸 A Fun Little BCR Contest! 🐴💚

The BCR profile picture has been the same since 2022! While it’s an extremely adorable photo, I think we’re overdue for an update!

So… let’s have a little contest! Post your favorite photo that you think deserves to be the new BCR profile picture!

Riders are absolutely welcome in the photos, but please choose pictures where faces aren’t visible. We want the horses to be the stars! 🌟

Post your entries in the comments! I’ll close submissions this Friday (10/16), and we’ll pick our new profile picture!

Bay Country Riding and Rowan’s Creek Equestrian were honored to participate in today’s special-occasion hunt featuring the annual landowner’s picnic and blessing of the hounds.

Special thanks to Myopia Hunt Club and all the wonderful landowners who make this tradition possible year after year!

Also thank you Trudi Gulick for the immaculate braids!
