This is Jolene, we met a few weeks ago. She was nervous to meet us, but due for a summer refresh. We learned she needs a bit of emotional support for her nail care and needed some time to warm up to us. She returned to us yesterday for a quick nail trim and grind! It’s extremely rewarding as a dog groomer to gain the trust of an anxious or fearful dog. Jolene is a happy reminder for why we do what we do!

This is Sassy! Tori learned a few years ago just how fitting her name is. She came to Tori with some anxiety around the grooming process, especially for brushing. Over time, Tori was able to gain her trust and help her realize she is safe with us! It is with excitement that we want to share, Sassy has not attempted to bite at all for her last 2 grooms!
