Our BIG Moving Sale is officially LIVE!!

After the sale ends, we’ll be closing for the rest of September while we get moved, settled in, and Krafty Krabby set back up. We’re planning to reopen in early October!

🩵 KRAFTY KRABBY SHOP UPDATE! 🩵

We have some life/shop updates to share with everyone! Some good news, some bad news, and a VERY busy month ahead!

September is already a big month for me. My birthday is the 21st, my boyfriend and I celebrate our one year anniversary on the 12th, AND… I’ll be moving again!

But this time, it’s a permanent move! My apartment lease is up at the end of September, and I’ll officially be moving in with my partner at his house.

The best part? More room for more hermit crabs AND plenty of space for Krafty Krabby! So while moving everything is going to be a little chaotic, I’m really excited about what this means for the shop going forward.

That being said, Krafty Krabby will be CLOSED September 12th through the beginning of October so I can get everything moved, settled, and the shop completely set back up. And we all know how much fun moving hermit crabs is… 😅😂

My goal is to have everything back up and running during the first week of October!

You know I love a good “shop swap,” and this awesome one is from CrabPax! 😍

She reached out and asked if I’d be interested in doing a swap, and of course the answer was YES! She sent me her August Mystery Box along with the CUTEST hermit crab insulated tumbler, which is officially my new go-to cup.

I absolutely love this shop. Her mystery boxes are always so much fun to open and packed with goodies for your hermit crabs AND a few surprises for you, too!

One of my favorite things about having Krafty Krabby is getting to support and connect with other small businesses in the hermit crab community. Definitely go show CrabPax some love if you haven’t already! 🩵

🌴🦀 Support Crustacean Plantation in Tavernier and help protect Florida Keys Purple Pincher hermit crabs facing a critical shell shortage.

This 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded by Angela and Brian Sayre in 2019, collects and redistributes shells, rescues crabs in need, educates visitors, and runs a 24/7 live cam so people can watch the hermits in action.

Every donated shell gives these long-living creatures a better chance to thrive in the wild.
