🦷 What you see isn't always the whole story, this patient of ours had a dental procedure this week and look what we found while taking dental X-rays!

This tooth looked fairly normal above the gumline, but the dental X-ray told a very different story. The dark area around the root revealed a painful tooth root abscess that couldn't be seen during a routine visual exam alone.

Pets are experts at hiding dental pain, and many continue eating despite severe infection. That's why dental X-rays are an essential part of a complete dental procedure, and that’s why we do them —they help us find painful problems that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Hello South Bosque Family,

This is Dr. Johnston, and today I have some bittersweet news to share.

After 13 years with South Bosque Veterinary Clinic, Morgan has decided to pursue a new job opportunity that offers fresh challenges and continued career growth. While we're incredibly excited for her, it's hard to imagine South Bosque without her.

Over the past 13 years, Morgan has become an integral part of our hospital and our leadership team. For many of you, she has been the first smile you saw when you walked through our doors and the first friendly voice you heard on the phone. She has helped guide our reception team, cared deeply about you and your pets, and played an important role in making the South Bosque Veterinary Clinic experience what you have come to expect at every visit.

Anyone who has had the privilege of knowing Morgan knows she's one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. She has a way of making others feel welcome, cared for, and important.....and that's a gift that can't be taught.

On a personal level, it's hard to imagine South Bosque without Morgan. She has been by my side and part of my leadership team since I took over the practice in 2015. Her perspective and insight have helped me make decisions that ultimately benefited our clients, patients, and team. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she's done to help make South Bosque what it is today.

Please join us in thanking Morgan for everything she has done for South Bosque and for you and your four-legged family members. We wish her nothing but the very best as she begins this new adventure!
