Dear Valued Clients,
It is WITH HEAVY HEARTS!
Effective Monday, October 12th, 2026, our dog grooming salon will be adjusting its operating schedule. Moving forward, we will be open for grooming appointments on Thursdays through Saturdays only, until further notice.
As a small, family-owned business, every single grooming slot matters. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our livelihood, and this schedule adjustment allows us to protect our business, manage our workload, and ensure we can continue giving your fur babies the dedicated time and care they deserve through the busy holiday season and beyond.
What this means for you:
Limited Weekend Slots: Because our available grooming days are reduced, we strongly recommend booking your dog's appointments as far in advance as possible.
Strict Cancellation Policy: To respect our time and keep grooming schedules on track, our cancellation and no-show policies will be strictly enforced moving forward. Any appointments cancelled within 24–48 hours or missed without notice will be subject to a fee/deposit requirement for future bookings. Our fees are increasing due to these changes as well. ❗❗Watch for the new Cancellation Policy Post Soon!❗❗
We deeply appreciate the loyalty, love, and support of our wonderful clients who respect our time and entrust us with their pups. We look forward to seeing your fur babies in the salon!
Warmly,
Bethanie Hallagin, With Msgroomtastic Pet Salon
