Do you like your cats super spicy with a high demand list? Minnie has been an amazing mom, she raised 4 babies and got them ready for adoption. She is fully vetted herself. However, she doesn't love close contact, and prefers the company of other cats, fishy food, crunchy treats, toys, soft beds, and she's a bit of a stoner. This lady is addicted to the nip. We want to find the perfect fit for her. It can't be via a store adoption, because she doesn't love the people. She will mouse your place. But she likes creature comforts as payment. She's located in west Georgia. Please share this spicy mom, and help us find her best home!

Amelia and Lestrade are a beautiful bonded pair that we have for adoption. They are fully vetted, loving and affectionate, good with nice cats and dogs. They love their foster mom and are very sweet. But they have one problem. They cannot deal with the Petsmart adoption area. So, no one sees how great they are! Can you help spread the word? Maybe you are looking for a loving pair to join your family. If not, please share this to your friends and family. Their foster mom has made a nice write up that is attached for more information. Let's get these 2 great cats seen!

Creamsicle (pale orange) and Zest (cream yellow)

Creamsicle and Zest are 3 year old bonded brothers. They lost their home, no fault of theirs right at Christmas. Instead of spending Christmas with their family and other cat friends, they found themselves in separate cages in a loud shelter. They weren't used to being alone, so they were terrified. Luckily a volunteer saw them posted on the shelter website and stepped up to foster the boys and reunited them.

The brothers are protective of each other, always watching to see where the other one ran off to. They sleep together, play together and sometimes get in wrestling matches. They're still scared and are afraid of trusting people, because those who they trusted failed them. Although, each day they're a little more trusting.

Creamsicle and Zest are very loving. Churus and Temptations treats are their favorite. Zest loves chasing the red laser dot and one day he is certain that he will catch it! Creamsicle hasn't decided what to think of it yet. They both enjoy being petted and purr loudly while making biscuits, they still aren't sure about being picked up, but once they can trust again it shouldn't be an issue. They faithfully use their litter box and like lounging on the couch.

Both boys enjoy spending hours looking out the window, watching the neighbors intently. They're the neighborhood watch after all.

The boys were with other cats in their prior home, not sure about dogs. They would do best in a quiet home, older children would be fine. Most of all, they need understanding adopters who are willing to give them love and some distance while they earn their trust again. They will be the best lap cats and bed buddies in no time at all.

They're requesting an endless supply of Churus, Temptations and toy mice.

These amazing boys are available for adoption through Cherokee Humane society.

Meet Chuck! He is around 7 years old and entered the shelter September 24 2025.
Chuck was brought in after his owner sadly passed away. He came in weak, very low energy, and scared. However he became very sweet and affectionate almost immediately. But we could tell that he was not in perfect health. We discovered that Chuck had early stage kidney failure.

Right away we started treatment and made him as comfortable as possible. But Chuck is a FIGHTER! He has been a champ throughout his treatments. Despite his chronic condition he has significantly improved and is even more affectionate and amazing then he was before!

We will do whatever it takes for however long it takes to keep Chuck as comfortable as possible. But we know Chuck still has many years ahead of him. And he doesn't deserve to spend any more time in a shelter. He deserves to be somewhere better suited for him!

We’re hoping that by sharing Chuck’s story, it may reach someone who can provide Chuck his Furrever home!
