Not every session needs the bigggg stretch to be powerful. 🐴✨
Horses show up in so many different ways during bodywork some pandiculate, yawn, shake. While others stay quiet, still, and deeply internal. Both are equally valuable.

As an Equine Bodyworker, my job isn’t to chase the most entertaining response. (Even though I’m clearly delighted by their various ways of communicating) My job is to meet each horse where they are and support what they need in that moment. Sometimes the most profound work happens in the calm, subtle sessions.

Every horse is different. Every session is different. And every single one matters!

Pictures are just a moment in time, yes. But they also can tell a story, softer top line, less bracing through the back and ribcage. More neutral posture overall. Subtle changes, but impactful ones nonetheless! 🐴💛✨

A little break from the usual programming!! Finished day 1 of CST (CranioSacral Therapy) Level 2 with Dr. Sandi Howlett and my brain is going in the best way. I’ll be out of office until Sunday 4/26. Please reach out if you want to get on the schedule, things are filling up. Every time I take a course it brings me back to ~why~ I do this. I can’t wait to come home and apply all the things. 💛💛
