Welp….I did a thing 🥹🤎

Meet my sweet new girl, name still TBD because apparently naming a horse is harder than buying one 🤪

She’s 3, incredibly sweet, and I’m so excited to take my time getting to know her and figuring out what’s next for us.

Still can’t quite believe I have a horse again 🥹🤎 It really does take a village, thank you to everyone that helped make it happen. I am so grateful for all the love and support already! 💛💛

This is such a good example of how the little changes can tell a much bigger story 👏

After bodywork, you can see a softer, less braced look through the lower neck, more lift and fill behind the scapula, and softer traps. These aren’t dramatic “before and after” changes, and that’s exactly the point.

Bodywork isn’t about changing how a horse looks overnight. It’s about helping the body release tension, improve mobility, and find a more comfortable, balanced way of moving.

Sometimes you just have to know where to look 🤎

Sometimes the best thing you can do is listen. 🤍

Bodywork isn’t about going through the same motions with every horse. It’s about paying attention to the little things: a change in posture, a shift in expression, a breath, a release, or even a horse asking for a moment to process.

Pause. Adjust. Check back in. Let the horse have a say in the session.
Because when you listen closely, they’ll usually tell you what they need.

It was such an honor to co-host this episode alongside Taylor and hear it all firsthand. Huge kudos to The Red Mare Project for giving a voice to stories that deserve to be heard. And Taylor somehow makes podcasting look SO freaking easy. So impressive. 🥹🤍
