Puppy fever has officially hit Camp Cocoa! We are so excited to introduce you to these adorable hound puppies, part of a 12-pup litter born in rescue after their mama was saved from life on the streets. They are as sweet as can be, so well behaved and snuggly!! Come meet them whether to adopt or just get a puppy fix, they sure would love the attention! 🐾🐶❤️

🐾 **Meet Dottie!** 🐾

From surviving under a flatbed trailer in rural Tennessee to thriving in foster care, sweet Dottie has already overcome so much in her young life.

Born to Honey, a homeless Golden Retriever mix who struggled to keep her eight puppies safe and fed, Dottie and her family were discovered living in a wooded area after a kindhearted single mom heard rumors about the abandoned litter. Determined to help, she rescued Honey and her pups and connected with our partner Critter Cavalry Rescue, who stepped in to help this deserving family find brighter futures.

Today, Dottie is blossoming into the wonderful puppy she was always meant to be here at Camp Cocoa. 💕

With her stunning green eyes, adorable chocolate freckles, and loving personality, Dottie is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves being close to her people, joining in on family fun, and curling up for cozy movie nights. She's smart, gentle, eager to learn, and has never met a stranger.

We asked and Wesley delivered!! We cannot thank our supporters enough for this much needed sanctuary building upgrade! These floors were desperately needing a make-over and we couldn't be happier with the result!

Wesley worked fast (all while we still had foster pups waiting for homes), helped us pick the best option which would be suitable for not only the dogs but the weather, our upkeep as well as at a price the nonprofit could afford, thank you so much! 🙏😍

Handsome, smart, and full of personality, Joshua is everything you’d expect from a young purebred Australian Shepherd—and then some! At just 1 year old and a compact 38 pounds, this charming red-and-white boy is ready to become your loyal sidekick and best friend.

Joshua is incredibly intelligent and eager to learn. Within hours of arriving at his foster home, he mastered the doggie door and has been perfectly house-trained ever since. True to his Aussie roots, he’s curious about everything, loves being involved in daily life, and will happily follow his people wherever they go.

This affectionate boy thrives on attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. Whether he’s curling up beside you, hopping into your lap, or gently nudging your hand for more pets, Joshua loves being close to his humans. He’s also a toy enthusiast who makes it his mission to empty the toy box at least twice a day so he can enjoy every single one!
