Special thanks to my father-in-law, my dad, my mom, Mule Creek Gravel Pit, Metal Mart, and anyone else who we randomly grabbed to hold something real quick while you were at the barn (there were A LOT of you).

5th Annual Labor Day ride with some of the best! The weather was perfect, the after party was great, the mini co****le tournament was fun, all-in-all the best way to spend a holiday.

This is Daisy. Daisy was around Aspenwood Stables before I came in 2013 which makes her quite the old lady now. Daisy visits when she can slip away from the watch of her owner next door. She comes over, checks out what Boone is being feed these days, then casually makes her way over to a puddle. Mere moments later there is a vehicle driving through looking for sweet Daisy who is forbidden from getting muddy. As soon as she hears a vehicle, she quickly wraps up her soak and heads behind our house to escape back home without notice.

Unfortunately we are currently full and not taking any new clients until Spring 2025. But we did put him at the top of the waiting list.

4th annual Labor Day ride and lunch afterward was a success! Couldn’t ask for better weather and the horses and people who joined in were fantastic! Stephanie and Banner were our designated leaders and did an amazing job, the donkey tagged along for her first Labor Day ride and enjoyed it very much, and there was even a fun surprise waiting for me along the trail. Our dear friends Stephanie and Ron made a sign and hung it on a tree that designates a trail that is now officially named “Lori’s Trail.” It was very thoughtful of them and will be enjoyed for decades to come… blessed.
