Please Call In Sightings. DO NOT CHASE OR CALL OUT!!!

Unfortunately, the tracking dog found evidence that makes us believe that Tori is deceased. Our deepest condolences to her family who worked tirelessly to find her.
We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Sean & Erica from Redcon One and Mike from Heatseekers for flying their drones to help search for Tori! 🚁 Your time, dedication, and efforts are truly appreciated.
A big thank you to Kelly from Lost Pet Search Dogs for bringing out her amazing dogs to help search for Tori. 🐾
And lastly, a heartfelt thank you to CTDGRV’s Jess for settings up cameras and Melanie for providing moral support, guidance, and encouragement throughout these difficult days. Your support means so much during such a stressful time.

Missing in Woodbridge. This female long-haired mini- dachshund went missing from Grandview Rd. She needs daily medication and has mobility issues with her back legs. She was dragging a brown leash. She is on the thin side due to recent surgery. She is anxious so please do NOT call out or chase. If you see her, please call the # on the flyer asap with details on when and where you saw her and what direction she was headed. Let's get this girl out of the rain and back home where she belongs!

Courtesy post for 2 dogs who were last seen going near the power lines on Chestnut Tree Hill Road and Oakwood Drive in Oxford. Both dogs are tan; one is a Pit mix and the other is a Lab mix; no photos are available. They are both injured, so please do not call out, chase or try to catch them. Please just call the number on the flyer with any sightings. If you live in this area, please check your security cameras and properties to see if they’ve come through. Please share.

🎃🐾 Our First Bark-O-Ween Trick-or-Treater! 🐾🎃

Thank you so much, Alexis and Brook, for stopping by and bringing some Halloween spirit to our residents! 🎃🐶

And this visit was extra special because Brook is a former WRAC resident! 🥹❤️ She came back to visit her friends and, of course, brought some treats along with her!

Seeing our former residents happy, loved, and thriving is one of the BEST parts of what we do. 🐾❤️

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR. We need to co-exist with our wildlife. They are a vital part of Connecticut.

DAYS ARE SHORTER. They are moving more at busy rush hours.

SLOW DOWN
Be extra alert, especially at dawn and dusk.

WATCH FOR WILDLIFE

Deer, turkeys, coyotes, bears, and other animals are on the move.

USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS

They help you see wildlife earlier, especially in low light.

BE PREPARED

Keep a safe following distance and be ready to stop.

DRIVE WITH CARE

Wildlife can appear anywhere — on back roads, near fields, and even in town.

⸻

They belong here. ♡

RESPECT THE WILDLIFE.

SHARE THE ROAD.

Healthy wildlife. Safe communities.
