Today marks the 10th anniversary of the chute removal heard around the agility world.

Ten years ago, Joan compiled video submissions from handlers sharing their own experiences and presented them to AKC. The response was immediate: AKC halted use of the chute in that venue — and the ripple effect led many other agility organizations to follow suit.

We don’t miss it one bit.

Congratulations to MACH Mfr Annie’s Blue Sweetheart MX MXB MXJ MJB MXF T2B CGC TKN (“Baloo”)and Laurie Buhr Kolo as they earned their Master of Agility Championship (MACH)

Laurie recalls, “From the time he joined our family he has been a quiet and poised dog. The first few months after Samantha flew to Utah and brought him home, we weren't even sure he liked us. Eventually, we realized he was just sitting back and taking it all in! His thinking nature has led to much success on the agility courses. The more he has played the game, the more confident he has become.”
