Please wish Laura a very Happy Birthday with us as she celebrates another wonderful year!

Laura is the ultimate ray of sunshine. She does a beautiful job of making those around her feel important and loved, and is so good at caring for pets and for people. She is always willing to go the extra mile for clients and for pets- we know her to always be willing to reach a helping hand out to people in need when they call her with an emergency. Laura makes the days here brighter with her infectious joy, ability to maintain a calm demeanor, and just general warmth. We should all be so lucky to be as kind and positive as she is. We are so lucky to call her a part of this team, and wish her another beautiful year ahead. Cheers to you Laura- may you feel as loved today as you make everyone who is lucky enough to know you. As we head into summer, we wanted to take a moment to address a few things out of respect for our incredible team.
Just like everyone else, our staff members need time to enjoy life outside of work — welcoming new babies, attending weddings, traveling, spending time with family, and simply taking a well deserved break. Taking care of themselves allows them to continue showing up as their very best selves for our patients and community.
We always do our best to remain fully staffed and available, but there are times when that simply isn’t possible. In addition, we have a limited number of appointment slots each day because we are committed to providing the quality care you’ve come to know and trust. Some days fill very quickly, and when that happens, we do our best to accommodate as many pets as possible while also offering guidance and recommendations whenever we can.
We are asking for grace, patience, and kindness toward our staff, who work incredibly hard every single day. Trust us...if we could clone our team members, we absolutely would… we just haven’t figured that out yet. 😉
We also want to be clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse toward our team. We understand the big emotions that come with our furry family members — we love them deeply too. But if a staff member reports being verbally abused, we reserve the right to release that individual as a client.
Our team is the heart of this clinic, and we are committed to protecting the positive, supportive environment that makes this place feel like home.

Please join us in wishing a Happy Birthday to our outstanding friend and co-worker- Lori!

There is not enough credit in the world to give Lori for all that she does for MVP. She is Dr Dan's right-hand gal during surgeries, she works hard, and cares even more- if that's possible. She takes on a million tasks and does them wonderfully. She's exactly who you want on your team, and we're so lucky that we have her. Lori remembers all the details that the rest of us try to know, she cares deeply for the clients and pets that come through the door, and she goes above and beyond every single day. We truly do not know what we would do without her. So cheers to you Lori- we hope your day is so wonderful, and that you get time with your wonderful family. You deserve all the good things the world has to offer!

They’re Back!
Sand fleas are out and about once again- and boy do they always look SO much scarier than what they are. If your dog gets spots like these on their tummy, they generally are sand fleas bites and should turn purple and fade in a couple of days. You’re always welcome to text a photo if you have questions, but they’re not dangerous and are fairly common.
