Dear Collar Club Family,

We wanted to give everyone a heads-up that a portion of our team will be attending continuing education from August 8–16. We will still have staff caring for your pets, but we will be operating with limited availability during this time.

Please note: Our grooming department will be completely closed August 8–16. During this time, there will be no grooming appointments, no walk-in nail trims, and no grooming services available. Grooming services will resume on Monday, August 17.

✅ All boarding, grooming, and daycare reservations that have already been submitted are guaranteed.

📅 Online booking for August 8–16 is now closed.

📞 If you need to add a last-minute boarding or daycare reservation, please call or text us by Friday the 8th 6pm. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.

🚫 No walk-in or same-day daycare drop-offs will be accepted during this period. If you need daycare that week, please schedule it by the end of the day Friday.

Our team will be focused on expanding our knowledge so we can continue providing the best possible care for your pets. We appreciate your patience and understanding while part of our staff is away. If you have any questions or need to schedule a reservation, please call or text 715-712-1250 or send us a message through The Collar Club app.
