Led by a certified trainer with 15+ years of experience, serving Lake County and surrounding areas. ‘A Touch Of Class Training - Dogs With Etiquette’ focuses on the specific needs of your dog, teaching you how to develop strong relationship skills in order to achieve the training goals you have set for yourself and your companion. With the help of balanced techniques, I can teach you how to create

an environment that sets you and your dog up for a successful journey. Whether you’re looking for group classes, in-home training, board & training, daycare or looking for a comfortable spot for an upcoming vacation, I am happy to assist. Franzi List is a certified Dog Trainer, Animal Behavior College Mentor, AKC evaluator, and Captain of "Phoenix Rising - Lake Villa Disc Dogs' and has over a decade of experience working in the canine field. As a trainer, she has a strong behavioral and scientific background and is comfortable working with dogs of any kind.

Available Classes:
• STAR Puppy (4–12 months)
• Basic Obedience (1 year and up & Star Puppy Graduates)
• Intermediate Obedience (CGC & CGCA)

Our classes focus on practical training, confidence building, and creating a well-mannered companion you can enjoy anywhere.

Finishing off an incredible weekend of dock diving! 💙

Phoenix made his dock diving debut this weekend and completely exceeded my expectations.

On Friday, he was still a little hesitant, posting jumps of 11.6 ft and 11.9 ft.

By Saturday, that hesitation was almost gone. He jumped 13.6 ft before finishing the day with an impressive 16 ft leap, earning his first leg toward the Senior Division.

On Sunday, he competed in his very first Hydro Dash. After a little confusion on his first attempt, he came back strong on his second run, retrieving the toy in 17.41 seconds and earning his placement in the Senior Division there as well.

I couldn’t be more proud of my sweet Fire Bird. Watching him gain confidence and tackle new challenges with each jump has been incredibly rewarding. Moments like these are why I love sports so much.
