🚨 IMPORTANT CHECK-IN UPDATE! 🚨

Starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, all dog food and treats brought to Hoffman Haus Pet Resort must be inside a sealed plastic or metal container at check-in.

🐾 Still want to portion your pup’s meals into individual bags? No problem! Just place all of those bags inside a sealed container before arriving.

❗️Food or treats that are not in a sealed container will be turned away at check-in.

Need a container? We’ve got you covered! 🐶
• Small containers — $3
• Large containers — $6

This requirement is part of state inspection regulations, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation! ❤️

We can’t believe how quickly 2026 is flying by and that September is almost over!
We’ve loved seeing everyone this year and are looking forward to spending the upcoming holidays with all of our favorite visitors. 🐾

Thanksgiving is already starting to fill up! If you’re planning to travel and need a reservation for your dog, give us a call soon to make sure you get a spot. Remember, we are a facility that understands Life Happens Sometimes and we try to be a flexible as possible. Even if you THINK you MAY need a reservation, it is always better to book it and not need it then to be booking too late and have to be added to the waitlist!

🐾 Weather Update for Our Guests 🐾

With the inclement weather recently as well as expected this weekend and into next week, we wanted to let everyone know that photo updates may be temporarily paused. The safety of our team and our equipment is important, and we want to avoid any potential water damage to our electronics while caring for your pups.

Please rest assured that your dogs will still receive their scheduled exercise whenever it is safe to do so. If we experience lightning, thunder, or torrential downpours, outdoor exercise will be canceled for your pet's safety, and that exercise session will be removed from your boarding bill.

We will resume photo updates as soon as weather conditions safely allow. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust as we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of both our guests and our staff. ❤️🐶

🌡️ **Heat Advisory Notice for Thursday the 18th** 🌡️

For the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, Hoffman Haus Pet Resort will **not be providing exercise sessions on Thursday the 18th** due to the heat advisory.

Throughout the week, exercise and playtime will be conducted at our discretion based on weather conditions and temperatures. Our top priority is ensuring that every dog remains safe, comfortable, and does not overheat.

Please note that you are only charged for services that are provided. Any exercise sessions that cannot be safely completed will be removed from your bill.

During periods of extreme heat, we want our guests relaxing indoors, enjoying the air conditioning, and staying cool and comfortable.

Thank you for your understanding as we put the health and safety of your pets first!
