These two hopeful mamas that are due over the next couple days will be the last ones to have babies until October. So please keep that in consideration because after these two and current litters, there won't be any for homes until late November/early December. I have a big surgery Sept 2nd and will have to have family and friends help me at the rattery and farm and I'd like that to be as easy as possible for them. Which means no babies during that time and my recovery ❤️

Last month and today I had to say goodbye to two of my old man rats. Both very special to me and so very missed!

Vitello nearly made it to 3! Clear until he was found forever asleep he didn't act his age either. He was such an amazing boy.

Slinky definitely started showing his age a couple month ago. He did make it a smidge past 2 though! He still got around great, but had started balding and getting that older thin look some old animals get.

RIP Vitello and Slinky, I'll miss you and you were both such amazing and loving and sweet boys. I'm glad I have your offspring/grandkids/greatgrandkids 💕
