My name is Duke.

I am 8 years old — and despite a past that was not always kind, I carry myself with quiet dignity. I may have known neglect, but you would never know it by the way I love.

I am a true gentleman. Crate trained during the day, calm and respectful in the home, and happiest when I can sleep in the same room as my people at night. I value companionship — not out of neediness, but devotion.

I get along beautifully with other dogs and play gently. I enjoy a good game of fetch, a peaceful walk, and car rides that earn a soft little “Awoo” of excitement. I may begin a walk with enthusiasm, but I quickly match your pace like a loyal es**rt.

I am affectionate, steady, and deeply devoted. When you leave, I will wait for you. When you return, I will greet you as though you are royalty.

Because I once had to worry about my meals, I prefer to dine separately while I regain healthy weight — a small request for a dog who asks for so little.

I am not a puppy. I am refined. I am loyal. I am grateful.

I may be little, but don't let that fool you...I have a big personality, a sweet heart, and plenty of puppy charm. I’m a Siberian Husky mix, which means I’m smart, playful, curious, and always ready for my next adventure.

I love to explore, play with my toys, and follow my people around to see what everyone is doing. After all that fun, I’m more than happy to curl up for snuggles and soak up all the love I can get.

Hi, I'm Dash, a handsome gray-and-white Siberian Husky. At just 6 months old, I'm still growing into my big Husky paws—and I've got plenty of love and energy to share!

If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants to be part of everything you do, I just might be your guy. I absolutely love being around my people and am happiest when I'm by your side, whether we're out exploring or just relaxing at home.

I'm a friendly pup who gets along well with other dogs and kids, and I'm crate trained, too! I'm mostly housebroken, though I still have the occasional accident as I continue learning my puppy manners.

One thing you'll notice about me is that I'm a little timid, especially when walking on a leash or in unfamiliar situations. I'll need a patient family that will help build my confidence with lots of encouragement, positive reinforcement, and love. The good news? My sweet, affectionate personality makes me eager to bond with the people who care for me.

Hi, I’m Sasha 🐾💙

If you’re looking for a best friend who truly understands you, I might be your guy. I’m a handsome Siberian Husky with bright blue eyes and an even bigger heart. I’m housebroken, crate trained, and I get along really well with other dogs. I’m also very gentle with kids, especially those old enough to handle my playful energy—sometimes I get excited and forget my size, but it always comes from a happy place.

I’ve made huge progress on my leash manners. I used to get overwhelmed and flip around, but now I walk so much better. I still pull a little at times, but I’m trying hard and just need someone willing to keep guiding me. I’m smart, observant, and very in tune with my people—I pick up on emotions quickly and always want to help. That’s why they call me an “emotional guardian.” If you’re upset or things feel tense, I’ll be right there, talking to you and trying to make it better.

I’m affectionate, energetic, and love to be close to my humans. Whether it’s playtime or cuddle time, I’m all in. I also have the cutest fluffy tail and little freckles on my nose that make me extra special. I’ll be honest, I do have a bit of a mischievous side and can be an escape artist, but with the right home, structure, and love, I know I’ll thrive.

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED — PLEASE HELP US SAVE HER LIFE 🚨

We received a call from the shelter asking us to please help this sweet girl. She needs us desperately, and we want so badly to say YES. ❤️‍🩹

She needs surgery on her legs, and our hope is to get her to the University of Florida so she can receive the specialized care she needs and have the best possible chance at a happy, pain-free life.

But before we can save her, we need a foster.

🙏 We are looking for someone who can commit to fostering her for at least 3 months while she undergoes surgery and recovers. A foster in or near the Gainesville area would be ideal because of the appointments and follow-up care she will need at UF.

Husky Haven of Florida will cover everything. Her surgery. Her veterinary care. Her medications. Her food. Her supplies. Everything she needs.

What we cannot provide is the one thing she needs most right now: a home where she can recover and someone who will be there for her.

From everything we have been told, she is an incredibly sweet girl who loves everyone. She has no idea what is happening or that her life is hanging in the balance. 💔

The shelter has reached out to us because if a rescue does not pull her, she is at risk of being euthanized.

We want to pull her.
We want to get her those surgeries.
We want to watch her heal.
We want to give her the life she deserves.

But we cannot pull her without a foster.

Please, please, please help us find that person. Even if you cannot foster, SHARE THIS POST. Someone you know may be the person she is waiting for.

Hi, I’m Scooter 🐾. I’m a nearly 2-year-old Siberian Husky mix with the coolest eyes you’ve ever seen (seriously… people stop and stare). I’m a very handsome boy, but I promise I’m even sweeter on the inside.

I’m housebroken, crate trained, great on a leash, good with other dogs, and good with kids

Basically… I’m the full package.

I absolutely love people — all people. Big people, little people, new people. If you have hands, I would like them on me for pets, please. I’m gentle, affectionate, and I have the softest heart. I’ve done amazing with all my fosters because I just really want to be part of the family.

I’m also super smart (Husky brain over here 🧠✨). I love learning and would be so happy to keep working on my manners. I do need a family who understands I can be a little adventurous — escaping looks like a fun game to me, and chickens? Well… they look a little too interesting. So a secure yard and some continued guidance would make me the best boy ever.

My favorite things? Wading in the water like the majestic wolf I am. Talking — oh yes, I will chat with you about my day. Playing with dog friends and cuddling up after a fun adventure

Hi there… I’m Chase.

I’m an 8-year-old Husky/German Shepherd Mix with a white and silver coat and some pretty stunning brown eyes (or so I’ve been told). I’ve got that classic Husky charm—handsome, a little stubborn, and full of personality—but I also have a big, loving heart that just wants to be close to my people.

I’m a very affectionate guy. I love attention, cuddles, and being part of whatever you’re doing. Personal space? Never heard of it. If you’re sitting, I’m probably right there with you… or on you. 😄

I get along well with other dogs as long as everyone is respectful. I enjoy playing, though I’ll admit I sometimes forget how big I am. I’m also very food motivated (seriously… treats are the way to my heart), and I don’t have any food aggression—but if food is left unattended, I might just help myself. Fair warning!

I do have a strong prey drive, especially when it comes to cats and small animals, so I’d do best in a home without them. Walks can get a little exciting for me too—I’m working on staying calm, and I do listen when guided, but I’ll need someone patient who can help me keep improving.

At home, I’m mostly a calm, easygoing guy… until it’s time for a walk or food—then my excitement kicks in and I can’t help myself! Life is just too exciting sometimes.

I’m neutered, up to date on all my vaccines, and microchipped—ready to go home with my forever family. I’d do best in a home without small children, just because I don’t always realize my size when I get excited.

Hi, I’m a 7-year-old Husky with beautiful black and white markings and an even bigger heart. If you're looking for a hiking buddy who wants to run marathons, keep scrolling... because that's definitely not me!

I’m actually a pretty laid-back girl who enjoys the simple things in life. Long naps? Perfect. Relaxing by your side? Even better. In fact, I can be a little too relaxed sometimes—I may need some encouragement to go for my walks! Because of my easygoing nature, I’d be a wonderful companion for a quieter home or an older couple looking for a loving best friend rather than a high-energy exercise partner.

I get along great with other dogs and enjoy having canine friends around. I love people, too, and make friends wherever I go. I'm housebroken, well-mannered, and happiest when I'm spending time with my family.

One thing you should know about me is that thunderstorms are very scary. When I hear thunder, I like to hide in the bathroom where I feel safe until the storm passes.

I’m also very comfortable staying home on my own. My foster family has left me loose in the house for a couple of hours, and I simply curled up and slept until they returned. While a crate is available to me, I don't really use it and seem a bit unsure about it, so I would do best in a home that doesn't expect me to be crated.

At this stage of my life, I'm looking for a family who appreciates a calm, loving companion. I have plenty of love, loyalty, and cuddles to give, and I would be honored to spend my golden years being someone's cherished best friend.

Hi, I’m Steele — a stunning black and white Husky with one icy blue eye and one warm brown eye, which I’ve been told makes me pretty unforgettable. I’m 3 years old, full of personality, and if I’m being honest… I’ve never met a level of energy I didn’t like! My foster says I’m easily one of the most energetic dogs they’ve ever had, so I’m looking for an active, Husky-savvy home that understands my adventurous spirit and zest for life. be too much for small kids, so kids over 12 years-old would be best.

I absolutely love being around my people and will happily follow you from room to room just to be part of whatever you’re doing. I’m a total love bug at heart and thrive on companionship, attention, and playtime. I would do best in a home where someone is around most of the day because I really don’t enjoy being alone for long periods of time. I also dream of having a playful canine sibling who can help me burn off some of my Husky energy.

I’m still working on some manners — things like jumping and counter surfing — so I’ll need a family willing to continue my training and help me become the best version of myself. I am potty trained and do well left out at night, but during the day I currently need to be crated because if I get bored, I tend to make my own fun… and humans apparently don’t always appreciate my redecorating skills.

Hi, I'm Winter! I'm a 6-month-old white Siberian Husky, and while I may wobble a little when I walk, I don't let that stop me from enjoying life! I was born with an underdeveloped cerebellum, which just means I do things a little differently. My foster family says I'm the happiest girl you'll ever meet, and I think they're right!

I absolutely love playing outside with balls, squeaky toys, other dogs, and just about anyone who wants to have fun with me. When playtime is over, my favorite place is snuggled up on the couch for cuddles. Oh... and treats? I never say no to treats!

I'm crate trained and doing great with potty training—I can already hold it for about six hours. I walk nicely on a leash, taking my time because of my little wobble. I get along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and people. I can be a little shy when I meet new friends or visit new places, but if you give me a little patience and let me go at my own pace, you'll quickly discover just how loving, playful, and cuddly I really am.

I'm looking for someone who sees me for who I am—not my condition. I may walk a little differently, but my heart loves just the same. Could you be the family I've been waiting for?
