That’s why changing behavior isn’t just about teaching commands. It’s about changing expectations.

A dog that expects pressure, conflict, or uncertainty will often respond with barking, lunging, shutting down, or pulling. A dog that learns the world is predictable—and that their handler provides clear guidance—can finally relax enough to make better choices.
