DRYER TALK!
First and foremost, Penny does not like the Happy Hoodie — otherwise she would absolutely wear one for ear protection. Her comfort always comes first, and for Penny, keeping it off helps avoid unnecessary stress during the grooming process.

Penny has been coming in once a month for several years, but a huge part of her success also comes from the work her mom puts in at home. Regular bathing, brushing, and drying between appointments makes such a difference. Grooming is not just something that happens every 4-8 weeks at the salon — it’s an ongoing process built through consistency, trust, and positive exposure both at home and in professional settings.

Having a patient, gentle groomer your pet trusts is incredibly important, but pet parents play an equally important role. We may only see your pet for a few hours at a time, and there’s only so much we can accomplish in that window. The maintenance, repetition, and confidence-building done at home are what help pets truly feel safe, comfortable, and happy to enjoy their spa day. 🤍❤️🖤

Sweet 16 is coming up for my soul dog, Georgia 💗

She’s been with me through my entire adult life—every version of me, every chapter—and somehow still looks at me like I’m her whole world. 16 years of unconditional love, loyalty, and being my constant through it all.

Still happy, still sassy, still my heart in dog form. I adore you more than words, my girl 💕

Found this gem in my camera roll from when I first opened the salon. Can we just appreciate June Bug needing constant cuddles and Canon simply observing it all? 🐾✨️🐩
