I painted a memorial rock for Freddy of Roxie with her spaghetti face.

I watched a bunch of videos that I made of her and I miss her so much. I’m so glad she was in my life and amazed at how much our lives intersected outside of home. She went to work with me and met my students. She went to college with me and was so well behaved that my instructors let her come to classes. She stayed with me in dog friendly hotels when we went on vacations. My heart has a hole in it that she once filled.

Roxie died yesterday morning (4/20/18) and was buried next to her friend, Cooper. She brought a lot of joy to a lot of people in her 15 years. We’re going to miss her so much.

I took her living paw print on a heart shaped rock a couple of months ago. I’m so glad I did. R.I.P. little girl.
