My name is Olivia Flynn and I am a 26 year old who lives in Winona, MN with my 2 dogs, a cat and my fiancé. I have been working with animals for a few years now but my love for animals has always started at an early age. Animals of all kinds have a special place in my heart so what better way to put my passion to life by creating a pet service that people can truly trust. In the past I have fostered kittens and puppies, transported wildlife animals to rehabilitation centers, and I have taken countless obedience/training classes. I am CPR certified and have great basic knowledge of medical needs for dogs/cats. Waggin’ Tails Winona’s main objective is providing quality care in a safe, comfortable and
welcoming environment. Think of it as “their home away from home” while you are either away on vacation, at work, or just want some fun for your pet. It is our goal to give you full confidence while you are away, knowing that your pet(s) will be treated like family with the best care possible. We do not believe in kenneling here (unless requested), so your pet(s) can relax, play inside or out, go on walks/hikes, taste delicious treats… a pets dream. Along with boarding, we offer in home check ins, walks, and yard clean ups - we love to treat your pet like the VIP they are. We also provide updates that we send to you so you can check in with us and see how your pet is doing! offers :

I really wanted some natural, non posed photos of Maiya and I and Grace delivered! If you’re looking for some professional yet affordable photos of your pet and/or family, I highly recommend her. She is so communicative, creative and so flexible. We have some fabulous photographers in our area and I utilize a few of them, one of them being Grace and I’m never disappointed! Also, does anyone recognize this spot?? 👀

LRS of MN/J & J Rubbish Service Inc. gave a HUGE donation to the pet library 📚🐾 I am in awe! These items are NOT currently out at the library yet as I need to individually bag up food, litter, etc. so that food can be utilized by more than 1 person. Please give me some patience on this - my volunteer and I tomorrow will be bagging some things up (not everything as we want this to last a little while). 🐾 Giving back to the communities we serve! 🐾

One of the best parts of what we do is having the opportunity to give back to the communities that support us.

Today, Alexis, one of our sales representatives, made a donation on behalf of LRS to a local pet food shelf in Winona! The donation included 3 bags of dog food, 2 bags of cat food, 2 cases of wet cat food, cat and dog treats, and cat litter. 🐶🐱

We’re proud to be part of a community that cares and grateful for opportunities to make a positive impact, especially when it comes to helping our four-legged friends! 🐾❤️

Remember 2 years ago when I offered super affordable pet mini portraits for the holidays?? It was sold out SO fast and I even got messages asking if there was a waitlist. I felt bad some people didn’t get the opportunity soooo…. If I offered another round of affordable pet portraits for the holidays, would you be interested?? 👀🎄🐾 To help with this project, I want to know peoples budget’s. We want this to be affordable for you but also provide professional, quality photos. 2 years ago we said we would offer 5-10 photos, this year we can definitely do 10-15 photos! Photos are from the session 2 years ago and it was a BLAST 🤩📸

Take your pup to that one park you guys always went to. Go get a pup cup! Bring some sticks, leaves, etc in for your kitty to smell (a great way for stimulation!). Whatever you choose, enjoy it!
