Making this post just to make all of you guys aware of some of the changes that have happened recently and figured this picture may help get everyone's attention. Plus a picture of an ass may be a little fitting here towards the end of this post.
📌 There has been a slight price increase on all grooming and boarding prices.
📌 Boarding pickups and drop offs are still allowed on days that we are closed (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) BUT they are ONLY allowed from 8-8:30am.
The rest aren't really changes, moreso just us cracking down on some things. Some of these things I really shouldn't have to say, but here we are.
Guys... do NOT be rude to our staff. Yelling, cursing, and arguing with our girls on the phone will not get you an appointment scheduled any faster.
Yelling, cursing, etc also will not make your doodle groom only take 30 minutes.
Yelling, cursing, etc because someone won't meet you at 3pm on a Sunday to pickup your dog that's boarding also won't make us send someone to let you pickup.
Going to any of our girls' houses during their time off will NOT make them decide to go to work on a weekend to groom your dog or pickup a boarding dog.
Trying to tell us why you're more special than our other clients just because of your last name will NOT make us put you or your pet ahead of them.
Calling our phone at midnight on repeat will not get your dog an appointment for the following day. I am now turning the phone off when we close. We will get back with you when we open the next morning at 8am.
Basically, respect our girls and we'll return the favor. We will be turning people away that do any of these things plus some that I didn't even list. All of these things have happened multiple times.
We always try our best to accommodate everyone as best as we can, but too many have been taking advantage of our girls so we're being forced to crack down.
With that being said, everyone is not ugly. We have so many of you guys that are so kind and patient and understanding. We appreciate all of you so very much and are so thankful you trust us with your babies. I hate having to be this way, but we don't want a few bad eggs ruining it for all of the good ones.
