Hooker Ranch is working hard to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome critical and senior equines. At this time, we have saved 46 equines from the slaughter pipeline. Since April of 2022, we have adopted out 25 equines, we have 5 sanctuary horses, 8 were humanely euthanized, 1 passed away under our care and 1 passed away while in veterinary care. We have taken in 1 shelter transfer to date. Volunteers
are always needed. If you’d like to volunteer, please contact us! We can use you at almost ANYTIME OR DAY! Near or far! All donation funds are used directly for all needs of at-risk equines to include veterinarian care, dental, farrier fees, nutrition, shelter, AND well-being. NO ONE COLLECTS A PAYCHECK AT THIS RESCUE! As a 501(c)(3) IRS VERIFIED NON-PROFIT, ALL Donations are tax deductible. We can provide receipts and records on request.
