We have confirmed pups coming at the end of June! We have a list of reservations, but if there is more availability, we will keep you posted. I can't wait to share puppy progress with everyone. 🐾

35 day ultrasound, We can't count numbers yet; just confirm pregnancy at this point. We will share the puppy count x-ray when the time gets closer.

The Pacific Northwest Gordon setter Club Specialty show is coming up in a few weeks! If you're local to Olympia and would like to see a group of beautiful Gordons, come support the exhibitors! May 29th. Rainier Sporting Dog Association shows the 30th and 31st.

I won't be showing this time, but will be there visiting with human and 4 legged friends ❤️

Fingers and toes crossed and send all the puppy prayers you can! After 3 years of no litters, we are so excited for the possibility of Gordon Pups at the end of June. "Nyla" Uponarock Shockwave, and Tim & Cindy Gootee /Rhonda Cornum "Cowboy". CH Munroc Ghost Rider at Limestone MH

It's early to officially announce, but wanted to share this step in our journey this time. Nyla will have an ultrasound at the end of this Month to confirm, and then we will contact our waiting list families. (We won't be accepting new reservations at this time, as our list is a few years long. Future availability will be determined by the size of our hopeful litter. )

Many thanks to the amazing Dr. McDermott at Timberland Vet and the fantastic staff for taking care of us as we camped at the clinic for a week, Tim and Cindy Gootee & Munroc Gordons for the years of working with me to facilitate a long distance breeding , and our Mentors and Gordon Family for supporting us in good time and hard times. Here's Hoping!

Happy New Year Uponarock Gordon family! Our 2025 didn't go as planned. We are still recovering from several severe losses in our family, as well as our shop/barn and kennel fire (sparked by heat last August) Gratefully, humans and dogs are ok, and the material things and buildings are replaceable. With faith, hard work, and support of loved ones, we are approaching 2026 with renewed hope!

Many people have inquired about litter plans.
Please follow for updates. We have hope for a late Spring, or Summer litter of Gordon pups!

A new Canine Good Citizen title for Levi! (Pending AKC approval) Thanks to and Lisa with Top Paw in Chehalis Washington, for the practice and certification!

There are 10 obedience tests to become certified as a "CGC" The hardest part for Levi was to remain calm when his mommy left him with a stranger for 3 whole minutes! Also, show dogs don't sit down or lay down in the show ring, so he had to learn to ONLY sit on command. (it's harder than it sounds if there are treats involved in training sessions) He's a quick learner! We even went to a show in between obedience classes, and he didn't sit in the ring, Lol! Although, he was a little extra happy and had the wiggles in his class.🐾 And Happy IS what it's all about, wouldn't you agree? ❤️

Ps for all of the patient people on our puppy waiting list, we are STILL waiting for Juni to come into heat. We will reach out when we have a timelime, but we are looking at Fall pups, instead of Late summer ⛱️ more ASAP .. hopefully....

Album of after show playtime!
Levi and Nyla were very good pups for 2 days of shows in Puyallup. Nyla won her classes both days, Levi was the only boy Saturday and then won open dogs today. Taking 2 dogs means less hands for show pictures, but this was a fun playtime photoshoot at the pond when we got home today! Special thanks to Andy and Kannon for making the show a family outing on Sunday, and my sweet friend Betsy Kelley for volunteering to help wrangle dogs today!
