Dutchess county has a travel ban in place till 5pm Monday, even if things clear up and the roads get cleaned up sooner, please DO NOT COME TO THE BARN BEFORE 1PM…

-we’ve got a lot of cleanup to do and it’s much easier without cars in and out of the driveway and horses being moved around.
-All the horses are good 🤞🏻 
-I just need some time and driveway space to get everything pushed back, the forecast looks like the snow isnt going to melt for a while

🚨 STATE OF EMERGENCY & TRAVEL BAN IN DUTCHESS COUNTY 🚨
With 12 to 24 inches of snow forecasted for Sunday and Monday, I have declared a State of Emergency for Dutchess County to ensure the safety of our residents and allow our highway crews to clear the roads effectively.
⛔ TRAVEL BAN: A travel ban will be in effect on ALL roadways in Dutchess County from 5 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 25th through 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26th. Please stay off the roads and stay safe at home.
❄️ CLOSURES & SERVICE UPDATES:
• Public Transit: All service is cancelled for Sunday and Monday.
• County Parks: Closed Sunday and Monday (our Parks team will be out assisting with snow removal!).
• County Offices: All Dutchess County Government offices, including Office for the Aging Friendship Centers, will be closed on Monday, Jan. 26th.
Our crews are ready, but we need your help to keep the roads clear for emergency vehicles and plows.

DON’T MISS IT!!! Grooming and horse care clinic, August 24 at Open to all levels, human only (you won’t be bringing your horse) formatted around most popular areas of interest! Parents, significant others, spouses, grooms, barn staff, etc all welcome! EVERYONE will take home something! Cost is $100pp ($75 for juniors under 18) and $50 for Clear Farm boarders! Weather is looking great for tomorrow!
Reminders:
-📍check that your GPS is sending you to the right place we posted map pics earlier this week and have attached again below! Cell service is spotty once you get close so re-routing after the fact can be difficult
🪧Look for our signs to help you I put arrows on road signs before our turns and yard signs with arrows at corners of actual turns!
- 🥪We will have breakfast and lunch available on sight thanks to the Villano’s! So bring some extra snack money
- 🐌Drive slow thru our neighborhood and on our driveway!
- 🚫🐩leave your pups at home, the dogs that live here don’t love the extra company
- 🪧follow the parking instructions!
- 💧we do have water on sight for those thirsty ponies
-🐎competition will start at 12! Open arena starts at 9:15
