This cute beagle is named "Onion" and in this picture he was wearing a body suit over his Holter monitor... and then the cape was added. 😆. Holter came back with no adverse events, so Onion is pleased to report he will not have to wear such a ridiculous outfit again. He is just under 2 years old.
