Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center We support people from six counties in ME! RTT is a safe, supportive environment that fosters respect, innovation and diversity.

Since 1993, Riding To The Top (RTT) has provided therapeutic horseback riding services to thousands of children and adults with a wide range of physical, emotional and/or learning disabilities. RTT offers therapeutic riding from its 50 acre farm located just off of Route 302 in Windham, approximately 7 miles from the heart of Portland. We have a herd of therapeutic riding horses and a wonderful facility that includes a heated indoor arena with attached program and office space, an outdoor arena and miles of trails. Riding To The Top is an inclusive community where people of all abilities are challenged with positive learning experiences through equine assisted activities and therapies .

Retirement day for Sweet Apollo! He’s happily settling back into home life with his old friend James by his side. A heartfelt thank you to his family for sharing him with us. His sweet personality and perfect manners made him a favorite for ground lessons, camps, and building confidence for our participants. We will miss you, Apollo, and thank you for helping so many during your time at RTT!
