Busy couple days we’ve had but things are coming together. Doggie suites are together, some repainting, and even the road got a refresh on Friday getting repaved. Still more to do Monday but we are very excited for Tuesdays reopening to begin celebrating our 10 year anniversary coming in October.

Wow is all we can say. The new floor/wall looks amazing, love the 1/8” flake over the 1/4” for this. Clear coat is on and drying so we’ll have to resist the temptation to go in. The next step will begin Saturday when we start installing the new kennels. Gavin and his brother have been fabulous to work with. They really did a nice job and walked us through all the processes along the way from first meeting to end result. Took time to be sure we know the does and don’ts for cleaning and caring for the coating over the long haul. We highly recommend giving them a call if you need a floor coated, big or small.

We’ll keep you posted Saturday as the next phase progresses.

The guys were busy all day sanding the floor a walls down. Late this afternoon things took shape with the base and then flake spread. Tomorrow the excess flake gets scraped off and a beautiful shiny clear coat goes on with a little anti slip in it. Tina even broke down in some happy tears when she saw the end results of today.

Reminder that we are closed next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for the big renovation. We are super excited to be doing this upgrade. The floor man starts Wednesday morning sanding and cleaning before doing epoxy on the floor and up the short concrete walls. Today we finished mocking the kennels up in Michael's shop. Over 300 holes had to be drilled and about a 100 more need to be done in the concrete and kennel dividers once the epoxy is done. When all our doggies return on the 8th they'll be in their fancy new digs. The new kennels isle way is wider in the "Dog House" then in these pictures, this was just the mock up to get them assembled and ready for installation.

As we approach our official 10 year anniversary we have some big things happening in the kennel area. Today we started with taking down the old walls and jazzing it up with a new look. We will be closed on September 2nd thru the 7th to have the floor and concrete walls epoxied which will be incredible!! We will also be installing new kennels for the doggies. Picked up the new kennels divider walls Friday and expect the kennel fronts/doors to be in this week. Samples came last week and we are so excited to be opening on the 8th with a completely new kennel for our K9 pups, same space but a completely new look. We are planning a past and present client open house this October as we celebrate 10 years in October. Here’s a few pictures of this weekends before and after of the walls and what is to come for the kennel fronts, the floor pictured is not ours but sample of what ours will look like.
