For Vet Tech and Team Appreciation Week, we brought the island vibes to Canobie with a tropical-themed lunch, tacos, fruity mocktails, and plenty of fun! We did it again! Following another successful American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) evaluation, Canobie Lake Veterinary Hospital is proud to continue our AAHA accreditation!
Being AAHA accredited means voluntarily meeting rigorous standards for veterinary medicine, patient care, safety, diagnostics, anesthesia, pain management, team training, and hospital operations.

When we walked into the exam room, Rocky’s owner was reading a book while Rocky was completely invested in his own entertainment: Bird TV on the iPhone!
And he wasn’t just casually watching. Rocky was truly enjoying his show and keeping a very close eye on those birds. Apparently the secret to a good waiting experience is making sure everyone brings something to read or watch!

Finn came in to have his ears checked and cleaned, and as you can see, he was pretty happy to be here with Prezley! Finn LOVES seeing everyone when he visits, and when he gets excited, he has the cutest way of showing it. He flashes those teeth and gives us little happy “chomps” while he smiles!
We absolutely love this good boy and his way of showing us he’s happy!

Leptospirosis can cause serious illness in dogs and can also infect people. Vaccination is one of the best ways to help protect your dog.
