Hello everyone, Dude here. Just wanted to reach out to everyone with some changes we are going to be making. As our business has grown in popularity, we have taken on a heavier workload between our online presence and with expos. It has come to the point where we are preparing for expos nearly every weekend of the year, which has taken much of our focus, time, and energy to prep for, leaving less time for an online presence, and a proper work/life balance. We have decided that we are going to cut down on the amount of physical expos that we attend, in order to have more balance between online, and in person sales and support.
We would love to offer more as far as individual Spider listings, and things such as decorated enclosures online, and this will give us the opportunity to do so, and allow some decompression and personal time for ourselves as well. We are currently working 100+ hours weekly to make sure that all of the spiders are cared for, Etsy orders are fulfilled, messages are answered, social media is updated, shipping and receiving is completed, spiders are listed, and expos are prepped for. We want to make sure that we do not start to slack on the services that we offer, and also provide ourselves a bit of time off for personal/family time, and we believe that cutting down on expos is the best way to address it without neglecting anything else. We truly appreciate all of you, and all of the support that you give. We want to make sure that we can be the best that we can be for all of you.
Thank you all so much for your understanding as we make these changes. We are currently working through what shows we will be attending, but will be updating our expo schedule accordingly. So far it is looking like our South Carolina stops with be the most affected, not including Greenville. Absolutely none of our home base (ATL) shows will be affected.
Thanks again for all of your love and support. We love you guys!
