A question we get every week…

How do I adopt?

It’s a process, but it is rather simple. And it all starts with falling in love.

You don’t even have to visit the cafe first to find your new bestie! Check out our adoptable cats at biscuitsandbeans.com/cats. Of course, we definitely recommend meeting your potential match in person before making it official.

Once you’ve found your purrfect match, complete our Universal Adoption Application. You must be 18 or older to adopt. We recommend submitting it at least 3 days before your visit to allow time for the vetting process. Weekends may add an extra day or two, so plan ahead if you’re hoping to bring your new bestie home on a particular day!

Our team will review your application, answer your questions, and help coordinate the adoption with one of our rescue partners.

Adoption fees are $125, unless your kitty has been sponsored. In that case, the adoption fee is already covered! Which cats are sponsored? Look for the green heart 💚

And here’s something we’re especially proud of: 100% of adoption and sponsorship fees go directly to our rescue partners. Every penny helps them continue saving lives and caring for cats in need.

Our goal isn’t just finding homes for cats. It’s finding the RIGHT homes, for life.

DOUBLE, DOUBLE, TOIL & BUBBLE. SOMETHING WICKEDLY DELICIOUS IS BREWING.

Meet WITCHES BREW, our newest Halloween concoction! We start with a refreshing 16oz Peach Lemonade, then hand you a little potion of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea.

Here’s where the witchcraft happens. YOU pour the potion and YOU make the magic happen. As the tea meets the lemonade, a little science takes over and the colors transform right before your eyes.

Is it magic? Is it chemistry? Does anyone really care when it tastes this good? Sweet, peachy, tart, and purple. A little dramatic (just like our cats).

No tricks, just treats. And a little hocus pocus in a cup. Oh, and cats. Lots of cats.

HELP US FIND TIMMY [please share]

One of our followers is missing a very loved little void, and we’re hoping our community can help bring him home.

LAST SEEN: WAKELAND MANOR NEIGHBORHOOD, STEPHENS CITY, VA

Meet Timmy. He’s an all-black, neutered male cat who escaped Friday night, October 16. Timmy is microchipped.

Timmy’s never been outdoors before, so he’s likely frightened, hiding, and unsure of his surroundings. PLEASE DON’T CHASE HIM, he may run if approached. If you spot him, keep your distance and text his location. Check under porches, decks, sheds, bushes, and anywhere a scared kitty might tuck himself away.

Timmy also has a brother and littermate at home. The two are incredibly close, and we’re pretty sure his brother is wondering where his best buddy went.

If you’ve seen Timmy, please reach out. Even a possible sighting could help. Let’s put those cat-loving detective skills to work. A little looking, a lot of sharing, and hopefully one very happy reunion.

Motherhood has officially retired from Hansel. After raising her final litter, this 2½-year-old dilute calico has traded nappies for day naps, motherhood for me-time, and chaos for cozy cubbies.

Hansel is sweet, gentle, and a professional at doing absolutely nothing. She’s had enough drama in her life, thank you very much, and is now accepting applications for a peaceful forever home where she can be spoiled rotten.

Her retirement plan includes naps, snacks, and high perch to overwatch all this is hers. Come meet this lovely lady at Biscuits & Beans Cat Café
