🐾 $10 GRAB BAGS — A LITTLE MYSTERY, A LOT OF GOOD! 🐾

Everyone has been having so much fun with our $10 Grab Bags, and we love seeing the excitement! Every single bag has a GUARANTEED PRIZE! Some have a little something, while others are packed with some pretty amazing values. That’s the fun of it — you never know what you’re going to get!

Gift certificates, donated goodies, FairyTails merch, books, stickers, plush toys, and all kinds of surprises are hiding inside these bags!

🚨 ATTENTION, ATTENTION! WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

It’s time to reorder vaccines for our rescue dogs, and that order alone will cost us approximately $600! We’re setting a goal of selling 69 Grab Bags to help cover this expense and keep our dogs healthy and protected!

And here’s the BEST part — your $10 isn’t just buying a surprise. It’s helping provide veterinary care for a dog who deserves a second chance. ❤️

So stop in, grab a bag or three, have a little fun, and help us turn a $10 mystery into something pretty wonderful for our rescue dogs!

A little friendly PSA from your FairyTails Pet Spaw family! 🐾✂️
We completely understand that life happens! Kids get sick, work schedules change, cars don’t cooperate, and sometimes things simply come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, we understand—we just ask that you please let us know.
We are a small, family-run business with 5–6 employees working each day who depend on our grooming schedule for their income. When an appointment is a no-call/no-show, that spot is almost impossible to fill at the last minute, and an empty grooming table affects more than just our schedule—it affects the people who showed up to work that day counting on those appointments.
We call with courtesy reminders the day before every appointment, giving everyone an opportunity to cancel or reschedule if needed. Our policy has been in place for quite some time, but here’s a friendly reminder:

🐾 If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-call/no-show, there is a $25 fee to rebook.

🐾 If you miss TWO appointments, your full grooming price must be paid in advance before getting back on our schedule.

🐾 If you miss THREE appointments, we sincerely wish you and your pup the very best of luck with your new groomer! ❤️

We truly don’t enjoy charging fees or losing clients. We just have to protect the time and income of the people who come to work every day ready to bathe, brush, groom and love on your pets. We can work with a cancellation. We can work with a reschedule. We can work with life happening. What we can’t work with is an empty grooming table and no phone call.
Thank you for supporting our little family-run business, respecting our team’s time, and trusting us with your pets. We appreciate you!
