We understand that life happens and sometimes running late is unavoidable! However, we kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Our doctors and staff work hard to stay on schedule so that every patient receives the time, attention, and quality of care they deserve. When an appointment starts late, it can affect the appointments scheduled after yours and cause delays throughout the day.

🐾 If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you for another available time or day.

Please remember that your appointment time is time that has been specifically reserved for you and your pet. We ask that you respect our doctors’ time, our staff’s time, and the time of the clients and patients scheduled after you.
