We received a call from Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center last night about a kitten that had been hit by a car!! Sweet Oliver Twist may need a leg amputation. He has significant femoral fracture in two places. Thank you to the good samaritans who got him to the vet! He is so sweet. We will discuss options for the leg with the vet. Please send some prayers for Oliver Twist!

I received a call from the staff at L'Auberge Provencale Inn & Restaurant in Boyce about a cat unable to use either of their back legs. We responded out and with their assistance we were able to get the kitty. Thankfully the staff at the Animal Medical Center in Stephens City were able to get us in immediately. Windy received xrays and care at AMC. Unfortunately the damage was too significant. The injuries were not new and it is unclear how long he had suffered. Rest easy Windy "L'Auberge". Thank you Dr Sam for staying late and Kyra Ratchford for getting us in today! Thank you Ken for going out and staying with him.
