Is Elsa back in the crate.. a little exhausted with the heat... On our walk back from uptown.. had some nice vanilla ice cream and water.. and some frozen chicken.. . She did not like to stay in the cart when it was moving but she'd like sitting in it.. way too hot today.. 😂😆

A friend and fellow internet influencer purchased my coffee this morning and another friendly Winchendon community member purchased Elsa that dog bone..

The fencing is set up .. Elsa does not typically fight the fencing machine stays within her "work space" pretty well this is one of the ways I keep her with me all night when we do not have fencing..

.. now I call it ..contact training.. and that every night when we lay down I make sure to have at least one hand one arm a piece of my chest my back or a leg touching Elsa.. typically she is also leashed to me via lupandal leash so that if she goes so far my arm or leg is pulled and I'm aware of her leaving the tent..
This contact training.. is meant to teach Elsa to be within contact of me as we sleep. I started this process roughly half a year into my licensing and pet ownership of her.. figuring we may eventually head out on an adventure similar to this. The hopes in this training is that when she wakes up and goes to the bathroom (or hear something and wakes up to an alert). I am going to wake up to her movement and be ready to respond to whatever the situation is. Now remember Elsa's my first line of defense against a predator trying to eat my "pets/ livestock animals..

Just the technique I use in the hopes of being a little safer..

Like every technology it has its faults but the help center is right at the tip of the finger phone call..
And the ladies that I've talked to are great in helping you troubleshoot the problem.
This dog collar
has shock vibrate and sound functions for training it also has the automatic door opener and invisible fencing.. the automatic door opener and the invisible fencing I have not worked with however the health monitor and the training with the vibration and sound tone I have.. it is great to work with. The battery life last a good 3 to 4 days depending on use.. typically taking the caller off when we are not training or it is not curfew hours in that the bark vibration stops her from barking and being impounded..

There is great video sources in the app to help you with training and how to efficiently use the dog collar
correctly without abusing the power..

I did get locked out of the app account and had to create a specific email address for the dog collar only..
The app features an audio command in which you press the microphone say your verbal commands and the color tones vibrates and shocks depending on what you've programmed that command to do..
This feature I found to be good but flawed and that it has toned on "mistaken commands." So I rarely use this and typically push the buttons as I say the command. And when I do use the voice command setting I am very specific in what I say and what the people around me say because words that sound like "no" (now snow go show) the caller May identify as the no command and set in the disciplinary tone and vibration.. I have used the shock on two occasions once Elsa was showing aggression the other she was barking persistently and ignored the vibration command to stop.. this was set at the very low setting and stepped up gently until she recognized as a sensation and a command..
As the videos in the app instructed.. and the ladies I talked to well troubleshooting the email address situation...

The trainer that created the dog collar via some tech savvy hands I believe to be one of ladies I spoke to over the phone well troubleshooting. Always great advice and upbeat conversation. Don't be afraid to talk training techniques they seem to be very informative..

I will try to do a video shortly of a training session, and day-to-day use of the bark collar, what you will find in the comments hopefully..

The communication has definitely progressed and that she's recognizing more commands more vividly with only the use of vibration and tone.. like I said I do not like to use the shock.. it counter effects the gentling technique I have been using to soften Elsa's reaction to strangers and strange dogs..

All in all I would have to give this collar..

It has done everything I needed it to but lacks GPS monitor.GPS fencing.
I have had to call to troubleshoot around being locked out of the app and caller three times..
And the voice command has toned off on sound alike words "spoken in conversation."

It is definitely worth buying if you want to start training with a "vibrating(shock) dog collar" and you don't know where to begin the videos are extremely informational and the contact people are great to talk to..

Watch for the comments and the screenshots of the app and hopefully a training session and after curfew bark monitor section..
