We strive to serve our clients and their pets in a professional, pleasant atmosphere. Our veterinarians have numerous certifications and memberships. The time and expense veterinarians must invest to maintain 50 hours annually of continuing education is why only 7% of Texas veterinarians are members of the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice. What can you do on to help control the spread? Rabies is 100% preventable! You can help prevent rabies infections by vaccinating your animals and keeping them away from wildlife that can spread the disease. Your local veterinary plays a key role in controlling rabies. Did you know otters eat 25% of their body weight? That's about three times as much as the average person! Also, did you know otters have pockets? The loose skin under their armpits functions as a pocket to help them carry food they find back to the surface. You'd need those pockets too if you ate that much food!
