Please join us in welcoming Dr. Regan Stoneburner back to the Vets Pets family and to Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Wilson!

Dr. Stoneburner first joined Vets Pets and Points East in 2014 as an emergency and surgical specialty assistant. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from NC State University. After a rotating internship at the University of Illinois and an orthopedic surgery internship at The Ohio State University, Dr. Stoneburner completed her surgical residency at Cornell University.

With a practice limited to surgery, Dr. Stoneburner brings extensive surgical training and a passion for advancing veterinary medicine through research.

A North Carolina native, she enjoys kayaking, baking, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her family and four pets.

We're excited to welcome her back to the Points East team, where her journey began!

Purr-fect Pace Challenge: That's a Wrap!

At Vets Pets, we believe in encouraging healthy habits, staying active, and finding ways to bring our teams together across our hospitals.

Our annual Purr-fect Pace Challenge does exactly that! Throughout September, team members across Vets Pets logged miles walking, running, hiking, and biking, all while enjoying some friendly competition with their colleagues.

Our teams logged some impressive results!
Most Miles Logged by an Individual: 647.73 miles
Highest Hospital Team Average: 75.74 miles per person

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Greg Bobo to Oak Heart Veterinary Hospital and the Vets Pets family!

A Texas native, Dr. Bobo discovered his passion for veterinary medicine while growing up on a cattle ranch. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 1998 and brings more than 25 years of experience, including owning a veterinary hospital in Frisco, Texas.

Dr. Bobo has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and preventive care. He enjoys building lasting relationships with pets and their families.

Outside of work, he enjoys live music, home projects, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Elizabeth, recently relocated to Raleigh to be closer to their children.

We're excited to have Dr. Bobo on the Oak Heart team!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Sarah Klawiter to the Vets Pets family and to Rolesville Veterinary Hospital!

A Raleigh-area native, Dr. Klawiter earned degrees from NC State University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. She brings several years of experience in general medicine and urgent care.

Passionate about patient-centered care and client education, Dr. Klawiter strives to make every visit comfortable and collaborative.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and four rescue pets.

We're glad to have her on the Rolesville team!

“Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital has cared for both of my dogs, Whoopi and Nona, for the last five years, and I truly cannot say enough about the kind of people who work there.

During Nona’s recent illness, I was terrified and willing to do whatever it took to get answers. At one point, we were preparing for about $1,000 in additional testing. After looking more closely at what we were dealing with, the team told me they did not believe those tests would give us the answers we needed, so they did not do them.

Instead, they were honest, ethical, and focused entirely on what was best for Nona.
