🛑 PSA 🛑

Due to unforeseen circumstances the salon needs to reschedule the rest of this weeks appointments. There is a heavy moisture buildup from a flood that had happened with the wall units and washer is completely broken, it’s making it difficult to keep dogs dry and safe and creating problems more problem within the salon. It’s hot and humid in the salon as the wall units aren’t working properly. I’m going to need to replace a few things as well as fix the wall units so I can continue doing what I do efficiently and safely. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause anyone. I did message and/or call current clients for this week but if I somehow missed you I sincerely apologize as this is a stressful situation to try and fix quickly. Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience this is not what I anticipated coming home from vacation to AT ALL 🥹 thank you for your patience and understanding.

That’s right! No excuses 🤣🤣 (you better brushy brushy or we shavey shavey) ❤️ it is better to start over with a fresh coat than to ruin the integrity more so of the current by brushing and ripping and tearing mats! Hair will grow back, your dogs love and trust for us however, may not if we torture them 🤣 humanity over vanity every time 🤗😇 we do what’s best for your pet EVERY TIME ❤️

🚨EMERGENCY DE SKUNK 🚨🦨🦨🦨
Izzy here decided to go after a skunk just 4 days after being freshly groomed. 😬
Her mom did the best thing which was NOT getting her wet!!! We got her right in and she left smelling great.
If this happens to your dog, give us a call. Again DO NOT GET THEM WET and don’t attempt to bathe them at home.
We have certain products and a method to our de skunk baths to ensure the best outcome after your dog is sprayed.

➡️ 57 days until Thanksgiving 🦃

➡️ 86 days until Christmas 🎄

➡️ 93 days until the New Year 🎆

These 13 weeks are going to fly by! 😅 that being said, please do the following:

✅ Be kind (always), but more so now….you don’t know what others are going through this holiday season 🥰

✅ Be patient, most people are absolutely doing their best with what they’ve been given. Patience and kindness go hand in hand 🥹

✅ Schedule pets accordingly, as we will not be accommodating last minute requests like we have done in the previous years. It often leads to burnout, no appreciation for us, and being taken advantage of. As soon as you know your schedule, reach out and schedule for your pets 🐶 🐈 🛁

✅ Love on your people a little more than usual, there’s a lot of people without good people in their life

DON’T do the following:

🛑 Don’t wait until the last minute to schedule and be demanding. This will get you nowhere

🛑 Don’t be a *insert favorite insulting word here* because being a meany also gets you nowhere

🛑 Don’t call/text a million times. Leave one voicemail and we will get back to you asap. If you text me and I text you back and then randomly stop replying, then you can double text because I have the attention span of a squirrel and the memory of a goldfish so sometimes it happens and it’s warranted 😅🤣

I have a feeling my washer is going to take a 💩 soon 😅😂 Looking for a newer or used one if anyone has one or can point me in the right direction! Trying to avoid going to the store and buying a brand new one since it’s going to get extremely dirty, hairy and everything in between lol prefer a top loader if possible! Thanks in advance ❤️❤️
