We wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding our scheduling.
At this time, WagLovePets will be temporarily pausing acceptance of new clients. This decision allows us to better serve our current clients, as we have recently been booking 3-4 weeks in advance. Our priority is to ensure our existing pups continue to receive the consistent, high-quality care and availability they deserve.
We are also in the process of improving our scheduling system. We have begun transitioning to more structured drop-off times to provide more accurate pickup estimates and a smoother overall experience for you and your pup.
Because we accommodate dogs of all temperaments, including those who are anxious or require a calmer environment, we will also be designating certain quieter, slower-paced days. This helps us maintain a safe, comfortable, and low-stress experience for every dog in our care.
Moving forward, we strongly encourage our clients to book on a recurring schedule that best fits their pup’s needs—whether that’s every 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. This will help ensure consistent appointments and optimal coat maintenance.
We also have additional updates in the works to make booking even more seamless, and we’re excited to share those with you soon.
