We only get ONE chance of getting it right, so we put multiple safety precautions in place to eliminate the risk of errors. Making sure you get your pet back and only your pet is a top priority.

One of the ways to eliminate the risk of mixing up pets in our care is through the use of stainless steel tracking discs. These assigned tags are single use and follow your pet from the time of drop off to the time they go home. We gladly send these tags home with our clients as one additional keepsake item as a token of our care.
