(Monthly Nando tax) Nando has a PSA that he is finally 1 year old!! 🎉🪄🎈 I’m grateful to have been his groomer since he was a just pup—he’s definitely a pro when it comes to grooming now! Though we’re still in the process of growing his ears back out 🌱🌱

Sophie is a sweet old lady who’s very sensitive when it comes to grooming ❤️‍🩹 She doesn’t like her face being handled but no matter her age or temperament, she knows she is still hot stuff! Now this is only my second time shaping poodle poms/bracelets and she’s been my only fabulous model for it 🐩 I still have a lot to learn but being 8 pounds and having long wobbly stilts for legs makes the process just a little more difficult 🤣💗

P.S every senior toy poodle I’ve groomed always acts like they have pencils for legs and tend to roach their backs and hunch over😂 not sure what it is but they’re too cute regardless

Biscuit was a good boy while I worked some magic on his crazy coat 🪄✨ I didn’t get a before but he was a hot mess and got a much needed makeover!! His transformation included lots of conditioner and brushing, a good blowout, detangling sprays, and of course, more brushing (Pomeranian coats are no joke)🤪

I would definitely love to practice my scissor work on double coats more 😆✂️

Burtie is a really rare bred you may have never heard of… he’s a Sealyham Terrier! 🐶 These dogs were originally bred to hunt vermin as well as small game. Burtie does not get a Sealyham breed trim—instead, his parents prefer an easy-to-maintain haircut with a rounded schnauzer inspired face. Traditionally, Sealyhams have a long skirt, a fall over the eyes, and a long beard.

Burtie is extremely quirky but overall a good boy for grooming and a very happy go lucky guy! He looks like a cute little cartoon character 🐾✨😆

Just wanted to give a bit of a life update! Besides my page turning into Nando’s personal fan page of course 😆 I’ve recently switched salons as some of you may know, which has been a bit of an adjustment! Switching jobs or salons can always be a bit scary as every salon operates a bit differently from each other. I’m still finding my footing in my new work environment, but I’m quickly adjusting to my new place, new pups, and my pretty cool boss 🐶 We are a quieter and much more slow paced salon so don’t hesitate to reach out if you want an appointment. We have Saturdays available as well as cat appointments 🐱🐾 I really appreciate those of you who have to chosen to follow me and have me continue grooming your pups. It is truly an honor and a truly rewarding experience!!
