Great news for Daisy! ❤️🐾 She's officially been accepted into First Mate Dog Rescue, and we're so grateful to this wonderful organization for helping her find a loving forever home!

These sweet sisters are still looking for their happy ending! Daisy and Dea lost their owner, and we’re hoping to find them loving new homes.

🌼 Daisy is almost 10, already spayed, and doing great in a foster home with another dog.
💕 Dea is 3 and has been such a sweetheart during her time with us! She’ll be spayed and have her vaccines updated before adoption.

We’d LOVE to keep them together, but separate loving homes would be wonderful too.

PLEASE SHARE! ❤️🐾 We’re hoping our Pine Valley community can help us find loving homes for these two sweet girls.

Dea (pronounced “Day-uh”) and Daisy are sisters who recently lost their owner. Their family is unfortunately unable to take them, so we’re doing everything we can to help them find their next home.

Dea is 3 years old, sweet and friendly with people. She will be spayed and have her vaccines updated before adoption.

Daisy is almost 10, spayed and just as sweet. She’s currently in a foster home with another dog and doing great.

Ideally, we’d love to see these sisters stay together, but they also seem comfortable apart, so we’re open to finding the right home for each of them.

New puppy life: lots of cuddles, very little sleep and constantly asking, “What are you eating?!” 😂🐾

Those first few months are also an important time for their health. A new puppy exam at PVAH gives us a chance to check them from nose to tail, talk through nutrition and any questions you have, and get them started on the right schedule for vaccines and parasite protection.

Once your puppy reaches the appropriate age, we’ll also help you find the flea, tick, heartworm and intestinal parasite prevention that works best for them.

There’s a lot to learn when you bring home a puppy. Luckily, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. ❤️

For World Rabies Day, we’re reminding pet owners that prevention goes beyond keeping vaccines current. Unexpected encounters with wildlife can happen in your own backyard or while you’re out exploring with your pet.

Keep some distance, keep those vaccines current and let the woodland critters do their thing. 💙
