🎂 Happy 6th Birthday, Cali! 🐾
Today we’re celebrating one of the original Coastal Paws personalities — our very own Cali ❤️
Six years ago, this little firecracker came into our lives and quickly made it very clear that she had opinions…LOTS of them. 😂
She may look like a German Shepherd, but make no mistake — there is a full-blown Chihuahua living inside that body. People used to think we had two dogs. Nope. Just one very layered mutt.
Cali was my COVID puppy, my beloved shop dog, and the self-appointed supervisor of Coastal Paws. She greeted customers, kept an eye on the inventory, and generally made sure everyone knew who was really in charge.
She also became the best little sister to Riley after we lost our sweet Grayson, and watching their bond grow has been one of the sweetest parts of having her in our lives.
Even though Coastal Paws may have closed its brick-and-mortar doors, some of our favorite memories will always include the four-legged staff members who made the shop what it was.
Happy 6th birthday to our sassy girl, Cali! We love you, big momma. Keep being your perfectly ridiculous, feisty, loving self.
