🐾 SEPTEMBER IMPACT REPORT - LOOK WHAT YOU HELPED MAKE POSSIBLE! 🐾
Every month, we track not just the cats we help, but the community impact behind the numbers.
And September was another BIG month.
🐾 111 CATS FIXED
64 spays + 47 neuters = 111 community cats given a healthier future.
And by preventing those cats from reproducing, that represents an estimated 7,680 kittens prevented from entering our community over the next year.
That’s the power of prevention.
But spay/neuter is only part of the story.
🐾 19 cats transferred to rescue when rescue was the most appropriate and available option
🐾 $576 in additional medical care provided
🐾 1,000 miles traveled for veterinary care and rescue
🐾 $3,480 spent on spay/neuter
AND HERE’S THE PART YOU MAY NOT SEE:
September brought in $2,570 in cash donations. But our total expenses were $4,056.
That leaves $1,486 more spent than donated this month. We call that “$ to Spay It Forward.”
We’re incredibly proud of the progress we've made, but we still have work to do.
We can fix at least 141 more cats this year. To do that we have to raise $5,640.
